Plaid Cymru questions the Europarliament about Catalan Referendums of Independence

Jill Evans, Welsh eurodeputy for Plaid Cymru

Eurodeputy Jill Evans from the Welsh party Plaid Cymru has put the Referendums of Independence (link in Catalan) that will be held in over 160 villages and cities across Catalonia next December the 13th as an example of how things are changing in Europe. In her appearance she questions the council whether a discussion about these referendums will be on the agenda.
